I feel that all Jewish persons outside the land of Israel {Man woman, boy girl] have a right to settle in Israel
Yet in order to live as People of the Book in their daily lives..remember Moses speech to the 12 tribes before he died..that their descendants must not only know the Torah by rote but must also live it as part of their daily lives...
