Still wrong. The OE changed the land laws in 1858 and invited Jews to the region. Not only could they move there, they could purchase land and gets deeds. The Sykes–Picot Agreement changed the region in an attempt to slice it up under new colonial powers. The new Turkey is not the old Ottoman Empire.

A few Turkish Indiviuals have aknowledged the Armenian Genocide--But the Turkish Govt has never acknowleded their Moral responabilty...cliaming it was the Old Ottman Govt...for the record of the three purpatrators.....One was killed in Battle the other two were executed by Armenians....
ANd Yet for a total of Nearly 150 years combines...the British Empire and United states have used Turkey as a "Bulwork" against Russia,,,,,

Claiming even that is an admittance, to some extent. This nonsense about "Ottoman responsibility" doesen't absolve the citizens themselves, as well as the neighboring Kurds, who eagerly accompliced the Ottoman military, since non-Muslims were seen as open-season game. Imagine the Germans attempting to evade payment of reparations, based on claiming that "the National Socialist government did it".
It's extremely difficult to find an accurate map of pre-genocide Armenia. If the Turks were to admit responsibility, there would be, in any case, substantial restitutional territorial claims awaiting settlement.
