Somehow I think that the military should protect the country. Maybe they feel the same and aren't motivated to work in civil hospitals.

Do you mean the second link? The first is in English with German subtitles.
The second: Introduction in German where she says there is a huge difference between official vaccination success in Israel and what is reported on social media, where thousands of most serious side effects and even deaths are reported. This is not mentioned in public. There is no reporting point for vaccine side effects, those affected are left alone by the state.
