Do you gather socially? - Frank1985 - 08-22-2023
I know, your life, consists of, alot of studying, so it`s not an easy religion, but do you gather socially? I have family, but I don`t really feel fulfilled by them, I see muslims also, have alot of culture, and are together, but it`s mainly just eating together, I guess, which I like, I live in Norway, it`s not often we go out and eat even, I don`t really feel fulfilled in life, I want to be with people and eat together and have a good time, I haven`t studied much, but I`m well-known with science, and I teached myself to sing also, I workout daily also, but I just don`t feel fulfilled in life, you`re just supposed to watch tv all day here, or take walks, I feel it`s a little boring, should I convert to Judism so I get the social benefits, I`m not denying there`s a god, but I don`t really believe ether, I haven`t seen anything that makes me believe it, is it pointless for me to be Jewish, if I don`t believe in a god?

You should go out and make some friends to do things with! It make no sense to convert to Judaism just to get a social life! Not every Jew is religious, I am mostly agnostic, and go only on holidays to the Synagoge (because of tradition). You also should find a hobby, and find others with the same hobby. Becoming a Jew will not help you at all. I was born Jewish, but that has done nothing for my social life!
Go out and do something!

Hello Frank and welcome to the forum! Just a short answer from me since I haven't much time now. I think fellowship with family and other people is important but to satisfy your deeper hunger it takes also a spiritual approach whitch - again, in my opinion - includes God.
