The Prime Minister of Ireland Simon Harris, comments on Israel's embassy closure - Robert - 12-17-2024 H.E. the Taoiseach (prime minister) of the Republic of Ireland, Simon Harris, said the following upon Israel closing its embassy; the embassy closure being due to Ireland's support of the South African claim against Israel (based on alleged-evidence from Israel's enemies) of alleged-genocide in Gaza: Quote:“We condemn all attacks on Israel. We say Israel has a right to live in peace and security and a right to defend itself. You can say all of those things and still say the next thing, which is that what the Netanyahu government is doing to innocent civilians in Gaza and in the West Bank is utterly despicable and should be condemned by all.” For legal reasons where the following has nothing to do with HE Simon Harris or anything he may have said on that matter, I would like to comment generally: When people say that Israel has the right to do this or to do that, and then go on to accuse, devoid of proper evidence Israel, of "doing" something that in reality is an accusation of war crimes, then also in reality such people are simply seeking to make anti-Semitism normal, legitimate, and respectable. There is also a difference between "saying" things that give one's point of view - biased though they may be, compared to "saying" things that allege war crimes devoid of proper-evidence. When are falsehoods against Israel typically due to anti-Semitism, and how can you recognize Palestinian Arab Falsehood-Propaganda?: UNSUBSTANTIATED-allegations against Israel that insult the reader’s intelligence by being typically-provided with: No detail, no objective-sources; zero evidence.
