Map of the middle east with Jordan label covering an unlabeled Israel, from France 24 - Robert - 12-04-2021 Well, just fancy that! France 24 video showing a map of the middle-east where apparently Jordan covers an unlabeled Israel (screen-capture also attached) - see 22 seconds in. This is the map that so far they display in full screen mode when discussing middle east topics with the country being discussed colored white. (When discussing Israel specifically, they use a different map which does label the country): https://www.france24.com/en/tv-shows/reporters/20211105-the-struggle-for-women-s-rights-in-iraq I have also discussed numerous examples of bias against Israel from "France 24 English", here: https://www.thehebrewcafe.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=791&pid=5279 - pid5279 RE: Map of the middle east with Jordan label covering Israel from France 24 - Lorotzelotzarich - 12-04-2021 Jordan has claimed all of it theirs since the Jericho conference in 1948 and on a stamp in 1964. https://mapsonstampsdb.com/depicted/Jordan RE: Map of the middle east with Jordan label covering Israel from France 24 - Robert - 12-05-2021 (12-04-2021, 11:14 PM)Lorotzelotzarich Wrote: Jordan has claimed all of it theirs since the Jericho conference in 1948 and on a stamp in 1964. The Discussion I posted provides an example of what appears to illustrate the pro-"Palestinian" Arab bias of France state-owned "France 24", which frequently produces sob-story propaganda "documentaries" on behalf of the "Palestinian" Arabs. I understand what you mean, since the "Palestinian" Arabs never honored the Oslo Accords, persisting in their unverified-claim to all the land, seeking to hoodwink the world they seek a two-state solution whereas the opposite is the case (clear from their education system and National Charter), and continuing in their terrorism against Israeli Jewish civilians (while complaining about consequential Israeli security - no different to that of any other country, as "oppression" / "persecution"). Also of course, going back further in modern history, the British reneged on their promise confirmed in their Balfour Declaration 1917, to ensure a Jewish home in “Palestine”, and even though its wording was written in word-for-word, into their Mandate document. I've discussed the latter here: https://www.thehebrewcafe.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=804 However, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, have both kept to their respective peace treaties with Israel. |
