If it has the DNA of a pig, then it is still a pig, even if it doesn't have a CNS, bones, or the traditional shape of a pig.
Every מִין ("kind") has a unique DNA signature, no matter what form it comes in. If HASHEM says don't eat pig, then don't eat pig.
