Can someone be Jewish and atheist? Wouldn’t the atheist cancel out the Jewish?
I am not Jewish or a Gentile but would love to discuss my beliefs if I thought anyone would understand. They are different than most but rooted in Old Testament like everyone else’s.

No. Your posts so far indicate that you know virtually nothing about Judaism and/or Jews. Here, for example, you make a midtaken assumption that Judaism is simply a religion and that a Jew is simply someone who adheres to that religion. That you are ignorant of Judaism is, of course, not a crime. And the tools to solve that ignorance are available to you. If you want I can point you to Orthodox, Reconstructionist, Conservative, Reform and nondenominstional sources.
