No. The people of Gaza are not: "like you and me"; as the majority of them supported the attack of October 7th, 2023.
If they are in a "difficult position" it is because they worked hard to achieve it.

Yes, many people are honestly emotionally-attached to the "Palestinian" Arabs; the primary support which the "Palestinian" Arabs receive is from honest anti-Semites.

This does rather make it seem as though the comment means that those like myself, who support Israel seeking to prevent the same type of attack or worse, from happening again, are "dishonest".
What justification can there be for calling people who seek to prevent the "Palestinian" Arabs from again massacring Israeli Jews, "dishonest"?

What I have come across, is that those who support the "Palestinian" Arabs, while emotionally-attached to them, cannot justify their support based on objective-evidence; they either do not reply when asked for evidence, or they reply emotionally.

This is a very sensitive subject for everyone and I think we've discussed it enough.

At this time I am asking that we stop talking about this subject and just pray for peace for all.

Thank you.

Thanks Blue Bird.

I would hope there are other things to discuss here on this forum besides the war!

My sincere thanks to both Blue Bird / searchinmyroots.

(By the way, in England we generally avoid "difficulties" either by discussing the  - - - - weather (over a nice cup of tea), or by discussing - - - - soccer (over a cool beer) !)

Here's a cooling sport (you may have to close an ad. first):
