This is upside down.
This is a piece of central prayer said in the morning prayer ("shacharit" - meaning the prayer of the dawn). It is written in the "font" that is used to write Torah books by hand.

Here is the full part of the prayer in case you would like to Google translate it. However, I doubt if the translation will be good enough since this is pretty old Hebrew wording:

שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל, יְהֹוָה אֱלהֵינוּ, יְהֹוָה אֶחָד:
בָּרוּךְ, שֵׁם כְּבוד מַלְכוּתו, לְעולָם וָעֶד:

No need to use Google translate since, as Jason's link points out, this is a combination of two biblical texts: Deuteronomy 6,4-9 & 11,13-21.

Note that the text that assafdsb posted above is an expanded liturgical form, which has three additions not found in the shorter Shema found in the toolbox. The additions are:

1) An important blessing after Dt 6,4 before continuing with Dt 6,5-9 & 11,13-21:

"Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom for ever and ever"

2) A third biblical text (Numbers 15,37-41) at the end, followed by:

3) The single word, "Truth" or "Truly".

I also note that in the toolbox Shema the spelling of the tetragrammaton in Dt 6,5 is changed to יאוה but not in what follows (Dt 11,13.17bis.21). I imagine this might have been a subtle reminder not to pronounce the tetragrammaton there and in what follows.

The uploaded image is upside-down.

It is the scroll (presumably this one was kept as a spare) which is placed inside a Mezuzah:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mezuzah

Jewish people are commanded to place a little box - Mezuzah, upon every door post of their home, and this scroll is placed within the Mezuzah.

You can see a clearer Mezuzah scroll here (correct way up) - the only way I could access a copy was on an advertisement, but the reason I have provided this link is only so you can compare the two scrolls - the hand-written wording in Hebrew being of course, identical (click the image to enlarge it):
