The poster is asking for the way to say "baby cat", not just cat and not kitten.

Just posting links to sites to answer everyone's questions is always the best way.

I think a response from a native speaker or someone well versed in Hebrew might be best.

Did you forget the "not"?

I ask because I like the answers better in members' own words.

The way I learned is you would say - Cat Baby. The noun comes before the adjective.  If it's male it would be said CHatool Teenoke.   If female than CHatoolah Teenoket.

I'm neither native nor well versed but a student.  Any corrections to the response would of course be welcomed.

Yes, thank you, I am indeed asking how to use both the word "baby" and "cat" rather than "kitten".  It is a nickname for a child, and while baby cat is fine, kitten is an insult (in english) ....because 6 year olds.

Yes,  my self teaching made me think it should be noun then adjective,  but since "baby" is technically a noun, I wasn't sure.  If everyone agrees that the general rule is object then modifier/ descriptor (whether the modifier is an adj. Or whatever), then I will go with that. As I said in another reply the only thing hanging on this is the translation of a nickname, so I am comfortable with some chance of error.  Thank you.
