Hello to all

I have just become acquainted with Jewish culture and have been studying it for some time, but unfortunately my lack of familiarity with the Jewish language creates problems for me, which I hope I can use your help here.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me what this book is and weather I can get a copy of that or not
I guess this is an old scripture that is kept in a museum somewhere.

So is there hope for the people of Israel?  Yes...provided the following advice is followed:
1] Trust in the L-D  not in talk of Peace or Friendship from desenants of  Easu or Ishmael
2] Elect a realistic Israeli goverment who realize that no arab/muslin/Afican/Asian Goverment will ever be friends with Israel
3] Bring home to Israel...rememnts of Jewish Communites from Morroco to Singapore from turkey to the Sudan up to Israel...for the rest of galat Jewish communites proclaim that the door of immigration to Israel shall always be open...
4] Expell every non Jewish inhabinent who hate Israel and taught hatred...to Arab countries
5] resettle Galat Jews in Judea and Samaria....annex Jordan river valley...Gaza and Sinai resettle jewish settlements
6] If need be Israel must fight the entire world in order to save a galat Jewish Community......for if Israel does nothing to help Galat Jewish brothers and Sisters...it will be shamed in the eyes of the L-D....
