Query about escape artist Harry Houdini

years ago I read a readers Digest story of life of escape artist harry Houdini. It had a note claiming that 50 years after he passed away a New York Lawyer would release to the public Houdini autobiography. I am curious-is this true or Journalistic licease?

I've read many books about Houdini but never heard of an autobiography.

There are many quotes from him though in those books.
