Kill people in war
#1
According to the Torah, is it permissible to kill people in war? Or would that be violating the command given by G-d in Exodus 20:13 "You shall not murder"?

Not sure I would use the word "permissible", maybe something more like self defense or eliminating an imminent danger.

Think of Korach.

In exodus 20:13 is obvious that it refers to kill without just cause.
