As long as non-European countries like Azerbaijan and Turkey are members https://www.britannica.com/topic/Council-of-Europe, I don't see any reason for this entity's existence legitimacy. Caliphate subservients "Great" Britain, France, Germany and the Netherlands serve to even further illigitimize this artificial construction.
