Asking for help
#1
Shalom. I hope that i find anyone who is reading this is in good spirit and in good health. I am reaching out to those of the Hebrew faith in an act of desperation. I  currently find myself in a situation where I feel that the state is preventing me from contacting the person who I believe to be my soul mate, and the person who I believe will be by my side when I take my last breath on this earth. But due to a court order imposed upon me by the cps as things currently stand if I contact her I will be imprisoned for it. And due to her own situation with social serves and her own susceptibility to suggestability, it is my believe that her mind may have been poisoned against me. I would never force this lady to do anything against her will, and I would always respected her wishes if she expressed them to me herself. But as things currently stand I believe that her perception of reality is being formed around a lie, and that its a lie being perpetrated by the state. When I last spoke with her on the day of my arrest she was talking about having a relationship with me before I was remanded into prison for stalking her. But it wasn't her that initially brought the complaint against me for doing so. It was my probation officers who brought it up to social serves and the police after I had made enquiries about an individual who this lady recently been associating with. I ped guilty to the charge not as admission of guilt. But because of my concerns for my housing situation and my fear of being made homeless on release from prison, which came about as a consequence of being remanded into prison before attending court. My ability to reach an informed decision was also restricted by my inability to communicate with my solicitor before the trial date. In fact I wasnt able to speak with my solicitor before the trial date. Moreover I wanted to change my plea before the sentence was read out but again without being able to contact my solicitor I was unable to do this. I have documented evidence for all of my claims. I am aware that it may simply be the case that this lady has simply changed her mind with wanting a relationship with me, which is her choice to do. But I believe that at this point in time she is forming a view of the situation based around incomplete information, which has resulted from my decision to enter an early guilty plea and my inability to be able to change it in time. As it is my belief that she expected me to enter a not guilty plea and get an aquital. But as things currently stand I cannot explain any of this to her without going to prison. Ultimately this is a legal matter. But I am struggling to find a solicitor who I can trust. So I am writing this to see if anyone can point me in the direction of a trustworthy solicitor, as at times I get voices in my head, and recently one voice told me to trust the Jews so I am following what the voice told me. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. Daniel

Those voices can be deceptive. Talk with your medical doctor about them.

Hello Daniel,

I appreciate that your post is from July 2024, but I did not notice it previously, and hope this post will be, and still be, of some use to you.

The feelings you have for the lady in question are not being returned the way you would wish, or at all, and the legal problems you are encountering are due to this. If she wanted you, your attempts to interact with her would not be returning legal issues! You consider her mind has been turned against you, while I assume you also have no confirmation of this; but even if that were so, her state of mind is her own; that is, she owns it; you do not! If her mindset is against you, this is unlikely to change, and she is therefore not the one for you. You are unable to accept this, but you must accept it to be capable of finding someone else who will appreciate you. Instead so far, you are possibly; no offence meant,-obsessed and fixated. This is bad for you, because it means you have been therefore unable, as you must do, to move on.
However, all is not necessarily what it may appear to us to be, and I hope the following will assist you:

The brain has no pain receptors to reflect its own state, so when it is suffering, the mind perceives this by feelings of depression, anger, frustration, obsession. The function of the brain is to protect the body and it does this by producing the mind, a mind that suffers if it fails to protect the body properly. (Mind: Compare an operating system which forms the visual interface from many software files.) If you remove the (often chemical-imbalance) cause of such symptoms, you would instead encounter significant improvement.

The brain often shows those symptoms due normally to external psychological stresses placed upon a person by our modern stressful living, whereby a setback such as for example, being let down by a someone we love, can seem like the “last straw”. This can also occur when the body is being attacked by a pathogen with which the immune system is not coping; an unmanaged-pathogen can produce increasing-amounts of toxin.

The brain manifests those symptoms when it lacks sufficient resources to cope. It may lack sufficient resources in the following typical circumstances:
i) External stress factor,
ii) the possible presence of a unmanaged-pathogen,
iii) lack of sufficient resources which can also be described as malnutrition; in other words, absence of a balanced healthy diet; this both reduces the ability of the immune system to cope with infection, and also denies the brain the resources it needs to cope.

If you will consider giving your brain all the nutritional support it needs, you will feel significantly better, provided you maintain for a few weeks (and into the future) a balanced healthy diet (see further below).
I know that right now this may sound unlikely, but try it and you will see significant improvement.
Examples of improvement might be: Coping better with issues, being able to see things more clearly for what they are; being able to move on.

Ensure you have a normal balanced healthy diet, so that your body and more specifically here the brain, gets all the levels of vital nutrients it needs for coping with any stresses in your life.
Consider taking a look at the links on the following web page:
https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/

In addition I would recommend genuine wholemeal bread which has none of the fiber removed. You can tell if it is genuine wholemeal because it weighs more than usual bread and you will find that the loaf cannot be squeezed easily.

I would also suggest a portion of plain (unsugared/unsalted) almonds on a regular basis. Almonds contain a wide range of amino acids which your body needs. You can chop the almonds up and add them to plain LIVE yogurt. "Live" means that it contains friendly bacteria, that will produce important vitamins for you in the gut, while also protecting you against harmful bacteria and yeasts. Try to avoid yogurt that has had sugar added to it. You can flavor plain yogurt with fruit, maybe honey; anything you fancy - but add these things yourself choosing natural ingredients.

Try to avoid eating anything that can cause what I will call "brain irritation". These are usually non-natural substances which take the form of artificial colorings.
Start to look at the ingredients for the things you eat.

Please consider going to your local health food shop and purchasing an amino acid called L-Tyrosine.
To be effective, this must be taken on an empty stomach (so right after you get up in the morning is good) with plenty of water (one or two glasses),
and then you need to leave one hour before eating or drinking (although you can take more water if you wish).
Dosage is Two of the 500 mg capsules, once a day.
(As with handling any supplements or medication, ensure you wash your hands with soap, before handling them.)

You should be able to take this in addition to any other medication but you can check this out with your doctor. Bear in mind that doctors are not trained in nutritional medicine, and so expect them to be rather skeptical about supplements.

Vitamin C (with Bioflavonoids, essential for the vitamin C to be properly absorbed) not only supports the immune system but can also help the brain cope with stress. I would suggest you get this in supplement form from a health food shop, as the amount that you need for treatment is more than you would be able to obtain from food. The dosage should be not less than 500 mg tablets. Try one 500 mg tablet three times a day with a meal, but you can increase the dosage if needed.

(I do not have medical qualifications.)

I hope this helps.

Robert.
