One can only assume from her report that from:
> the Palestinian burning of tyres for a smoke-screen,
> their wire cutters,
> presence of identified Hamas military operatives,
> (all while Israel taking reasonable security measures against them to protect its citizens against Palestinians breaking though the fence to commit terrorism in Israel),
the “Palestinian” Arabs seek to convince the world that all of that is to allow some “innocent” Palestinians a little “free time” on the Israeli side of the fence, to “run about” a bit before returning to Gaza to have their tea.

France 24 chose to report only the part where Palestinian children receive instruction how to cope with detention should they become arrested when attacking Israeli soldiers. But the children ‘have to obey the rules’ - their cell phones not being allowed: according to one of the children - English subtitle:
One may reasonably consider what the children are instructed during the stated 5 hours of so-called “workshop” “advice” that France 24 chose to ignore due to its political-bias - Possibly, how to attack Israeli security?:

Well, just fancy that! France 24 video showing a map of the middle-east where apparently Jordan covers an unlabeled Israel (screen-capture also attached) - see 22 seconds in. This is the map that so far they display in full screen mode when discussing middle east topics with the country being discussed colored white. (When discussing Israel specifically, they use a different map which does label the country):
