No. There is no evidence of any proper auditing, nor did Lorotzelotzarich provide any sources showing how the "loot" will allegedly be controlled to prevent it being used for the "Palestinian Authority" aka "Fatah's" ongoing terrorism, nor that it will not be used to free-up funds for that purpose, nor that it will be "laundered" and redirected for that purpose:
