Headlines aren't always the whole story -
Many Children Hospitalized With COVID-19 Are Admitted for Another Reason: CDC Director
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director (CDC) Dr. Rochelle Walensky says the number of hospitalizations for children with COVID-19 has increased in recent days, but she pointed out that many of them are not related to the virus.
Strangely, I haven't seen headlines related to children who have been hospitalized for the flu, like they are every year.
Source that Dr. Rochelle Walensky said this this month as even in June she stated it was a issue?
"The number of hospitalizations related to Covid-19 among adolescents in the United States was about three times greater than hospitalizations linked to influenza over three recent flu seasons, according to a study published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Friday."
