Hello to all

I have just become acquainted with Jewish culture and have been studying it for some time, but unfortunately my lack of familiarity with the Jewish language creates problems for me, which I hope I can use your help here.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me what this book is and weather I can get a copy of that or not
I guess this is an old scripture that is kept in a museum somewhere.

Unfortunately, since I don't know Jewish language, sometimes it gets hard to find out the sources names to look for their translated version
