This is an example of what Ukraine has learned from Romania and Bulgaria who have issued passports to their undesirable minority, in order to get them on the move, after both countries were issued European Union membership. Instead of sending these Ukrainian citizens of military age to the Russian front, the regime there instead sent them to weapons donor Germany through Poland:

...In Düsseldorf, a Ukrainian woman (18) was raped in a refugee accommodation facility. According to BILD information, the crime happened on March 6 on the hotel ship "Oscar Wilde", which currently accommodates refugees as well as paying guests.

The young woman is said to have been abused by two men from Tunisia and Nigeria (37 and 26 years old) one after the other. The Tunisian was first said to be from Iraq. This shows the confusion among nationalities. Both are also reported to have Ukrainian citizenship...
