The way I learned is you would say - Cat Baby. The noun comes before the adjective. If it's male it would be said CHatool Teenoke. If female than CHatoolah Teenoket.
I'm neither native nor well versed but a student. Any corrections to the response would of course be welcomed.
Yes, my self teaching made me think it should be noun then adjective, but since "baby" is technically a noun, I wasn't sure. If everyone agrees that the general rule is object then modifier/ descriptor (whether the modifier is an adj. Or whatever), then I will go with that. As I said in another reply the only thing hanging on this is the translation of a nickname, so I am comfortable with some chance of error. Thank you.
