Your link goes to an article entitled: "Young American demonstrators want Israelis to go back to Yemen and Libya":
Those who understand the Jewish people's/Israel's case, should use their knowledge to explain it succinctly with citations, to those who have not yet made up their minds whether young or old.

For example, there is a misunderstanding among non-Jews, that the attachment of Jewish people to the land of Israel is one only of religion. It is not. Judaism is both an ethnicity as well as a religion. Though not a requirement for conversion to Judaism, the Jewish people as a People have:  Judah heritage. That's the reason for the name: "Jew"=citizen of Judah.

When referring more specifically to Israel’s Jewish people, these comprise:
> those of the unbroken Jewish presence that there has been in Israel since Biblical times:
The Jewish people are indigenous to their ancestral-homeland of Israel, with unbroken presence from Biblical times (see source below).
And
> Jewish returnee-exiles, who returned to their ancestral-homeland of Israel / Judah from many areas of the world:
For example from, Ethiopia, India, and Europe, ALL of whom have Judah heritage.

The Jewish people are indigenous to their ancestral-homeland of Israel, with unbroken presence there from Biblical times:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographi...e_(region)

We therefore need to explain to non-Jews that Israel is the ancestral-homeland (NOT "the homeland", but the ancestral-homeland) of the Jewish people, and that Jews outside the land of Israel in other countries originated in ancestry as exiles from the land of Israel.
Hence, demanding Jews "go back" to countries outside of the Jewish ancestral-homeland is not only inappropriate; it is in fact, a nonsense.

By the way, I believe it is important to understand that the dispute over the land of Israel is NOT one of religion; but is due to the unverifiable territorial ambitions of the "Palestinian" Arabs.
