Israel: Hezbollah on the "backfoot" - Should Israel go into Lebanon or not?

Because it is a base for Iran
Because the last Jews in Lebanon number 20

Those (except the last one) are good reasons yes, but have you considered whether it would be prudent, for the following reasons?
 > Hezbollah would likely retreat north of the Litani river to avoid being pummeled.
 > Israel would not be willing to pursue them any further north.
 > Israel could not succeed in surrounding them.
 > Israel would be forced to remain south of the Litani river, otherwise Hezbollah would return there.
 > The IDF would continue to take casualties while it remains in Lebanon.
 > As soon as the IDF would withdraw from Lebanon, as mentioned above Hezbollah would return to where they currently are (in violation of U.N. resolution 1701) between the Litani river and the Israeli border.

Better I believe, to pummel Hezbollah while it continues to attack Israel, but the IDF should not go into Lebanon.

Regarding the remaining Jews in Lebanon:
As with Jews anywhere in the world, they will be happier making a Return to their ancestral-homeland of Israel.
