I don't think you will find that most Jews would agree with the proposition that they would be happier making a return to Israel.

I'm not sure that contributor "RabbiO's" response is based on any survey. 
My view likewise is not based on proven opinion. 
However, what I posted was not intended to refer to their opinion, but rather is my view on what would be likely to make them happy as Jewish people.
