The Jewish Messiah

I am keeping an eye on Zelensky of Ukraine possibly being Judaism's Jewish messiah.

Um, doesn't seem a likely candidate Douggg.

You do know the requirements as mentioned in the Hebrew bible, don't you?

Which of those has he fulfilled if any?

I read two of the requirements are that the messiah has to be a noted politician and have military ability.

"The mashiach will be a great political leader descended from King David (Jeremiah 23:5)"

 "He will be a great military leader, who will win battles for Israel."

 "Before the time of the mashiach, there shall be war and suffering (Ezekiel 38:16) "

So I am thinking right after the Gog/Magog event of Ezekiel 39 is when the person will be anointed the king of Israel.

And that the 7 years of Ezekiel 39:9 following the Gog/Magog event is the same 7 years of Daniel 9:27.

At present, I am not saying for certain that Zelenksy is the person to become the Jewish messiah.   I am just keeping a watchful eye.     In my Christian eschatology thinking, if Ukraine becomes a EU member state, and Zelensky becomes leader over a panel of ten other EU leaders that would solidify it for me.
