Regarding the Al-Ahli Gaza hospital incident October 17, 2023: There appears to have been no Israeli air traffic in the area, while there does appear to have been “Palestinian” Arab rockets (of whatever group/faction) launched in the immediate area, at the time of the incident.
One video of objects shown in the sky fails to confirm the blast was caused by any incoming ordinance:

All the images I have seen show burnt-out cars and a small crater estimated at being about 30 cm (1 foot) deep (“Truth or Fake”, France 24 English) in the parking lot (car park) of the hospital, but no significant damage to the hospital buildings.
The “Palestinian” Arabs are known for having a habit of firing rockets from hospital grounds (2014):

While I am not an expert, I query if this blast may have been caused by a failed launch here meaning that perhaps “Palestinian” Arabs attempted to launch a rocket from the hospital’s grounds, but instead of launching, it exploded!
Alternatively, it is also known that many of the “Palestinian” Arab rockets launched from Gaza fail after having been launched, and then fall back onto Gaza.

"the strike on the hospital" / "strikes on hospitals by Israel".
