Question:
Would it be within the Spirit of the torah in view of persecution of Jews of iran [as in supporting the expulsion of Jews from Yemen during this past Passover] that one of the last large remaining Jewish communites is in Iran and the probility is high they will be subject to persecution..would it be in the spirit of the torah for other Jewish communites knowing these facts would try to help their brethern by sending a petition to the Prime Minister of Israel asking that this community by saved by the only Jewish state existing on the earth?

Thank you for your concern.
That is a decision for the local community in Iran to make. My understanding is that they have quite a cordial relationship with their government and are not looking to rock the boat, so to speak.

My last word on this subject is a plea for Jews everywhere to take notice of thy brethern In iran
With Jihad against Isreal the result will be that Jewish communites are in danger of annihlation; jews who relize the danger thy fellow brethern please pray to the L-d that that he gives any such community in danger the understanding that if they Stay UNDer the rule of these modren HAMAN/Hitler they will DIE-IF they GO UP TO ISRAEL THEY WILL LIVE

I had also written to Ask a Rabbi on Aish.Torah the same question as I did the chabad Ask A rabbi-later I had to rewrite the query-especialy when I found out it was Jews of Iran who must deceide weather to go or Stay-I sent this on 15 June 2021:
Because there are indications that the Jews in Iran are in about the same position as the Jews of germany were under Haman/Hitler
1933-1939..I'd wondered if it was in the Spirit of Torah as all Jewish communies are connected..that before something like the 1941 pogrom happened to the Jews of Bagdad in 1941...could other Jewish Communites help those In Iran by submitting a petition to Prime Minister of Israel to help this community survive..I have since learned that the decision weather to go or stay rests with rement of the Jews In Iran...so now I rephrase my query..would it be in the spirit of the torah that when one jewish community is in physical danger under a modern haman/Hitler...that Jews in Other communites pray to the L-d that he grants understanding to that persecuted community that if they stay..they will die..but that if they flee and go up to Israel they will live?

"9 days from Now will be the 10th of Av PLEASE ANY JEWISH PERSON WHO READS THIS PRAY TO THE L-D THAT HE GRANT UNDERSTANDING TO THE BRETHERN IN IRAN THAT THEY ARE IN DANGER AND MUST FLEE HAman IN IRAN TO LVE"
