Are you kidding? That has to be a rhetorical question, if there ever was one. Where exactly has the $9.500.000.000 in confiscated Afghan public property ended up at or in, while $64.000.000 of taxpayer money gets shoveled into Taliball pockets, if those lamp Genie costumes even have pockets sewn into them:
