Thanks Alan for sharing some of my favorite people. The 60s and 70s also gave us Carol Burnett and Company, more favorites.  Here is a satire or parody, (I'm not sure what the difference is) of a daytime soap opera called As The World Turns which many housewives took seriously back in the day.
