Although your response is a good one, based on solid evidence and history, from what I see, it doesn't make a difference what you say as most of the "Free Palestine" supporters don't want to hear or even better, listen.
I saw a news reporter asking some of the protesters questions and they ignored him and chanted even louder. One of their "leaders" told the others not to listen to them and to keep to the agenda.
There are a couple of Proverbs that relate to these kind of people.
If they only would be open to listening and having a discussion.
When I started rebutting Palestinian Arab falsehood-propaganda against Israel/the Jewish people, I was under the mistaken impression there were likely to be two (valid) points of view (or two cases), but when I tried to research the Arab claims, I found they were bogus because there is no objective-historical evidence in their support; their purported claim(s) over the land of Israel being unverifiable, are therefore dishonest; and they know this.
This then is the reason why pro Palestinian Arabs/Palestinian Arabs will either not 'listen', or react emotionally; they are aware their claims are bogus; and this is their reaction to their own dishonesty. Also, I have found that the primary support the Palestinian Arabs receive is from anti-Semites who are not interested in internationally-recognized historical evidence in any event.
For this reason, the wording I suggested is not intended for the propagandist, but for the general reader. All my rebuttals on the Internet are worded in the third person! Examples are in my discussion "Defending Israel on Websites":
