This a version of Tiferet Derekh, known as the travelers prayer although those first two words atop the charm more exactly mean road prayers.
May it be Your will, Adonai, our G‑d and the G‑d of our fathers, that You should lead us in peace and direct our steps in peace. Grant me grace, kindness, and mercy in Your eyes and in the eyes of all who see us. Praised are You Adonai, who listens to prayer.
