Yes, people were smart about preserving their food. I wonder how they figured all this out.
Later in the year I will try my first Sauerkraut. I read his book in German and I liked it very much.
Great, now I know how to insert a picture. Jar number one is ready to be stored in the basement. Jar number two is from yesterday. It fills up as the beans grow in the garden. Then a few more days and that's it.
