There will be many variants as there already are.

Buckle up as countries go back to lock downs and other things that obviously haven't worked in the past.

Because if they did as they said it would, then we wouldn't have all of these variants.

If the world followed the lead set by Israel, the most vulnerable has switched age groups from being oldest to being youngest.

Governments are only going half way. 
I live on an international flight path. As international travel got grounded, early last year, not only did the sky seem as clear as I remembered what the sky looked like years ago. 
Once flights resumed, it didn't take long for this new Delta variant to reach the newsdesks with calls for new vaccinations. Recently, the media has been factionalizing the vacced against the non-vacced. Meanwhile, politicians gether unprotected, while schoolchildren are required to mask. A Swiss airline continues to fly from South Africa, despite a government-imposed ban:

I am so sad to hear of this, Blue Bird! Every word he spoke, I know to be true. The world needs more people like him...... People with the courage to stand up and speak truthfully and from the heart.

May G-d take this man into His arms and hold his soul close and comfort his family for his passing so young.

You say everything. I'm so sick of these restrictions. Remember when they said, only two weeks to flatten the curve? Now they say, no jab, no job.

However, G-d is in control, now and forever.

Yes, if I'  not mistaken, it was Albert Einstein who coined that phrase.

Yes, they tole us a lot of things but have changed them many times.

I think most of us are sick of the restrictions but as I mentioned earlier, I don't see this going away anytime soon.

Just look at all the control they think they have over us!

But I agree, G-d is in control and He gives us our free will to make are own hopefully rational decisions.

I feel, too, that the straitjacket is going to stay. We have to be patient and see that those who choose the vaccine also suffer.

What's weird, new variants and threats are taking up about 80% of our news space. I feel not properly informed about other things that are going on in the world. Germany wants to legalize mariuana, I heard that on the US news first and weeks later in our news.

I agree, the media is purposely doing what it has been doing for the past year and half, instilling fear into us instead of calming us with solutions.
